FAQ's

Are all applications full versions? Are there any in-app purchase requirements?
- All apps are full versions that include all updates, extensions, etc. There are no in-app purchases required.

How is this different than just buying a headset and loading my own applications?
- Our system is specifically tailored for a distinct experience. Having the standard Meta retail-style menu system can cause confusion as there are numerous ways to be overwhelmed. We lock the system into our own menu that is designed for a specific user/client. We created a very easy-to-use system that does not require a large learning curve. Basically, its click-and-go. We also keep the applications updated monthly with new experiences as part of your agreement and ensure that everything is up to date to maximize the best possible experience for your users.

How long does the battery last?
- The normal standard battery charge provides approximately 2 hours of usage time. We do offer extended batteries and elite straps with extended battery packs.

Why is there a subscription plan?
- We pride ourselves on providing continuous monthly content updates, which is something that standard apps do not provide. We also tailor the experience to meet the needs of a facility and work with our programmers or content providers to ensure content is relevant and meets our standards.

How easy is it for my staff to give the headset to a client and have minimal monitoring?
- Our system is relatively simple to use. We provide a small cheat sheet that can be given out to the user when they checkout a headset. It takes 2 minutes from turn-on to be in an experience. We also include how to use instructions in the main menu embedded in the experience and will supply you with training and additional support content as needed.

How do we keep the components sanitized?
- We have various UV sanitizing boxes available to purchase. If you do not have a UV cleaning system, we highly recommend that you get a sanitizing box.

What if my client wears glasses?
- The headsets are fully adjustable. There are lens controls that can help align the client's eyes, but in cases of some prescriptions, it may be best for the client to wear their glasses. We do offer upgraded elite straps that make it easier to put the headset on, especially for those who wear glasses.

Do you ship outside the USA?
- Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the USA.

How it Works



Our headsets come preconfigured with all of the standard applications plus any add-on apps that you may have chosen during ordering. Upon receiving the headsets, you can just turn them on and follow the included instruction sheet. We recommend an internet connection to monitor the status and health of the device.

We do include a WiFi adapter that you can plug into your facility's network system or you can connect directly to your own WiFi, which we can walk you through in a matter of minutes; it’s that easy! Every month, we will send you an email notification alerting you to the availability of new updates and reminding you to connect the headset to the internet at night for a complete update. This only occurs once a month to reduce constant system updates.

Our Multi-Device-Management (MDM) solution monitors each VR headset when connected to WiFi, playing a crucial role in managing the VR headsets within a facility. This allows us to do monthly app updates and additions, along with critical system upgrades if or when needed. The Reality Expanded Menu System only allows the user to select applications and videos specifically selected for your environment and user needs. This menu design simplifies the workload for facility managers and allows for complete system monitoring, enabling our technical support team to monitor system health and connection status.
